Property Staging Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction:
These terms and conditions govern the provision of home staging services by HŌM ROBYN RYCROFT in Northern Ireland. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services Offered:
HŌM ROBYN RYCROFT provides home staging services, including furniture and accessory rental, interior styling, and property presentation.
Services are tailored to enhance the visual appeal of properties for sale or rent.

3. Consultation and Quotation:
Initial consultations can be arranged in person or via digital communication.
A detailed quotation will be provided after the consultation, outlining the scope of work and associated costs.

4. Payment Terms:
A deposit of 50% is required to secure the booking.
Full payment is due within 24 hours of the installation date.
Late payments may incur interest charges at a rate of 10%.

5. Hire Period:
The minimum hire period for furniture and accessories is 6 weeks.
Extensions beyond the initial hire period are subject to availability and additional charges.

6. Client Obligations:
Clients must ensure the property is clean and free of personal items before installation.
Clients are responsible for any damage to rented items beyond normal wear and tear.

7. Liability and Insurance:
HŌM ROBYN RYCROFT maintains public liability insurance. Clients are advised to have adequate insurance coverage for the property and contents during the hire period.

8. Cancellation and Refunds:
Upon paying for our services, you can request cancellation within 48 hours for a full refund. After this time has passed, deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a later project. This is due to our services being bespoke, and products ordered on a project by project basis.

9. Termination:
Either party may terminate the agreement with 2 weeks' written notice.
Upon termination, all rented items must be returned in their original condition.

10. Governing Law:
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland.
