During the first half‑day consultation, I walk through the property (or via video link) and make detailed notes on what can be pre‑packed and what should be kept for staging. I then create an easy‑to‑follow worksheet for you to work through at your own pace. This takes the pressure off the agent and reduces stress for vendors when preparing for a move.

If you’d like to book a second half‑day session for £195, we can then shift furniture and accessories to improve flow, function and aesthetics. This session can also be done via video for clients who live a little further away.
