It’s a joy to see vendors realise that the items they already own can be featured and are also an asset in selling their home. ‘Shopping within the home’ is highly underrated.
I spend the first half day walking through the property (or video-link) making notes on what can be pre-packed and what can be left out to use to stage. I go back and create an easy-to-follow worksheet for the vendors to work through. This takes the onus off of the agent and relieves stress incurred from the moving process for the vendor.
The second half day consult we shift furniture and accessories for flow and aesthetics. This can also be done via video for vendors a bit further from me.

We offer a room‑by‑room guidance consultation for £195. This includes tailored advice on what to pre‑pack and what to leave out for staging, all summarised in a detailed worksheet delivered within 48 hours of our visit. If you wish, we can schedule a follow‑up session once the worksheet is complete to shift furniture for flow and style your home for maximum attraction. These recommendations create a clear, practical plan to prepare your home for photography, the market and viewings.
